Product Description
1. The micro alloy steel products are developed on the basis of the proprietary technology of the control
rolling and cooling for substituting quenched and tempered 42CrMo4, 40Cr and CK45 with a variety of
mechanical performance requirements.
2. It is mainly used in mechanical manufacturing for the directly turning part of shaft and rod, etc
3. the mechanical property is correspond to quenched and tempered 42CrMo4, 40Cr and CK45 or over
them and very uniform on the whole cross section.
4. Turning performance: Turning performance is commensurate to 42CrMo4, 40Cr and CK45 or be
superior to them.
5. Hardness: Hardness is more uniform on the whole cross section than quenched and tempered
42CrMo4, 40Cr and CK45
6. Micro structure: Ferrite and pearlite with fine and uniform grain size.
